Infiney primarily acts as a technology platform connecting users with financial products and payment services.

Policy Guidelines

  • Loan applications may be cancelled before submission where supported by the lending partner.
  • Once a financial product is approved or issued, cancellation and refund policies will be governed by the respective bank, NBFC or financial institution.
  • Payment transactions processed successfully through UPI or other payment networks generally cannot be reversed unless permitted by the payment provider.
  • Any eligible refunds will be processed by the respective financial institution, merchant or service provider in accordance with their policies.
  • Infiney does not levy cancellation charges unless explicitly communicated for a specific service.
